How does shipping work?

In an effort to bring you the best prices and most unique products, Penny Jark partners with global merchants. 

How long does shipping take?

Due to our partnerships with global merchants and our efforts to guarantee free U.S. shipping to all our customers, your item might take slightly longer then expected to arrive. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which may take an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 12–20 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

We know you're excited to receive your Penny Jark package, but please don’t panic if your products don’t arrive right away. Your package is on its way!

Taxes and Duties:
Customers may be responsible for import taxes, carrier fees and customs declarations. 

Changes to Order:
Please note that changes to address cannot be made. Once an item has been ordered, we cannot make changes.
 
Damaged Product:
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but they can happen.
If there is any damage, please take a picture and send it in to pennyjarkshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of it arriving. We will send a replacement right away.
